Now, this applies even if you're in a mid sized organization with an extremely busy HR team. So how do we go about doing this? Now, there are five different areas that we could focus on. The first one is on designing the survey itself. So here is where AI can actually help you by looking at historical data, sentiment analysis, looking at how people felt in the past, and then Projecting that forward into suggesting questions that could generate the most meaningful responses for you.

The second big piece that you could use AI for is around distributing that survey. So you want to be able to increase the participation rates of these surveys internally. And the reason for that is really because you want to maximize the accuracy of the feedback that you're collecting in the information that you receive.

So this is, run of the mill garden variety type AI analytics, where you can analyze text you can use the response data to predict things like higher performance, predict things like people who are at risk of attrition or flight risks also being able to use AI to automate certain reports that you might have, highlighting key findings, summarizing trends for you in areas that need attention.

Now, fourth area that you could leverage AI in your employee engagement surveys would be turning those data that you're collecting into actionable insights for management.
